We come up Highway 10 and 71 from St. Cloud for real estate listings, resorts, commercial property, new builds, roofs, land and events. We fly under an FAA Part 107 certificate, carry $1,000,000 in liability insurance, and everything is shot in 4K video and 48MP stills and edited before delivery. Park Rapids is about two and a half hours from St. Cloud, so travel is quoted upfront and your quote is the whole price.

The lakes around Park Rapids have a lot of family resorts and long-held cabins, and when one of those sells, buyers want to see the whole layout: the cabins, the beach, the docks and how it all sits on the water. That's what an aerial set does well. On Fish Hook Lake or the Potato Lake chain, we'd show how the water connects too.
Land is the other big one here. Wooded parcels and hunting ground near the Heartland Trail or out toward Itasca are hard to picture from a road. A wide shot shows the access, the tree line and any water on the property. We stay off state park land unless we have the right permission, but we can shoot private property right next to it.
