Duluth is built on a hill above Lake Superior, so the view is usually the whole story. We shoot homes, commercial property, construction sites and businesses from Lakeside to Hermantown, and get edited photos back to you in 24 to 48 hours.
We come up Highway 23 and I-35 from St. Cloud for real estate listings, commercial property, construction progress, roofs, land and events. We fly under an FAA Part 107 certificate, carry $1,000,000 in liability insurance, and everything is shot in 4K video and 48MP stills and edited before delivery. Duluth is about two and a half hours from St. Cloud, so travel is quoted upfront and your quote is the whole price.
Also serving Northern Minnesota: Cloquet, Two Harbors, Grand Marais, Ely, Virginia, Hibbing, and all of Minnesota. Planning a trip? See northern Minnesota drone photography for travel costs.
Duluth is one of the harder places in Minnesota to fly, which is exactly why you want someone who plans it out. Parts of town sit in controlled airspace around Duluth International Airport and Sky Harbor on Park Point, so we check your address and request FAA authorization before the shoot. Wind off Lake Superior can also change quickly, so we watch the forecast and reschedule at no charge if it isn't flyable.
The steep streets also make aerials worthwhile. A hillside home above Skyline Parkway may have a lake view that no ground photo can show. A commercial building in Lincoln Park or a site in Hermantown makes more sense when you can see access and surroundings from above. Canal Park and the Aerial Lift Bridge are busy, so we plan those shots around the rules on flying over people.
Builders can see construction progress aerials in Duluth, agents can go to real estate drone photography in Duluth, and everyone can see real work in our portfolio.
