We come up Highway 169 from St. Cloud for real estate listings, commercial property, new builds, roofs, land and events. We fly under an FAA Part 107 certificate, carry $1,000,000 in liability insurance, and everything is shot in 4K video and 48MP stills and edited before delivery. Grand Rapids is about three hours from St. Cloud, so travel is quoted upfront and your quote is the whole price.

Itasca County has a lot of lakes and a lot of woods, so most listings here have the same problem: you can't see much from the road. For a place on Pokegama, Trout Lake or Deer Lake, an aerial shows the frontage and how the lot lies. For a timber parcel, it shows the access and how far the land runs.
In town, the work is more varied: houses near the river, businesses along Highway 2 and 169, and commercial or industrial sites where a single wide shot explains what a dozen ground photos can't. Grand Rapids-Itasca County Airport is close by, so we check the airspace for every address before we fly.
